February 15th, for April Issue
June 15th, for August Issue

*Please note: Any item submitted after the deadline will automatically go into the next issue of the magazine. Also, if you are submitting this information and are not the alumni, all information will be verified with the alumni before publishing it and for permission to publish it.
***Photo Requirements***
If you e-mail a photo for submission it must be a minimum resolution of 1800 x 1350 and in jpeg format.
If you send a photo through postal mail it needs to be a traditional print and not digital.
